Areas we serve
Paris sits in the middle of the valley, so we’re a short drive from just about everywhere in it. That includes the Utah side of the lake, where storage is hard to come by in summer and expensive when you find it.
Most of our customers drive in from Montpelier, St. Charles, Fish Haven, or over the line from Garden City and Laketown. Nothing in the valley is much more than half an hour out.

Call or text and tell us roughly what you’re storing. We’ll tell you what’s open, what size fits, and what it costs. Most rentals get set up the same day, because there’s nobody to get approval from.
No long-term contract. Units rent month to month, so you can keep a unit for a single season between moves or for years. We ask for reasonable notice before you move out so we can re-rent the space.
Call and we’ll tell you what’s open today. We don’t publish live availability, because a list like that goes stale the moment someone rents and then somebody drives out here for a unit that’s already gone. Units turn over all the time, so it’s worth calling even if we were full the last time you asked.
Whenever you want. The yard is open, so there’s no gate to wait on, no keypad, no code to remember and no access hours to work around. If you need something out of your unit at eleven at night in January, go and get it.
Two different answers, because they’re two different things. Your unit has no hours at all — the yard is open and you can get to it at any hour of any day. The phone is answered from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, including weekends and most holidays. There’s no office to walk into, so don’t drive out expecting a counter: if you need a person, call and you’ll get one.
No, and we’d rather say so plainly than dress it up. This is an open yard in a small Idaho town, not a fenced compound with cameras. What you get is a solid door, your own lock, and the only key. If you’re storing something you’d lose sleep over, buy a good disc lock and put it on — and if it’s worth real money, check whether your homeowner’s policy covers it off-site.
You’ll get somebody local who can walk out and look at the yard while you’re on the phone.
